GABRIELA ELGEGREN VÁSQUEZ
Prosperity Officer of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), a position she has held since February 2017 after serving for 8 years as Deputy Cooperation Attaché at the Belgian Embassy in Lima.
Graduated with honors in Business Administration from the Universidad del Pacífico, with a Master's Degree in International Cooperation and Development in Spain, as well as complementary specializations in International Business in the Netherlands and Design, Management and Project Evaluation in Peru. She has more than 17 years of experience in issues of prosperity, poverty reduction and inclusion in prestigious national and international organizations in Peru, Europe and Africa. She is an expert in establishing innovative alliances for sustainable development with the public, private and academic sectors, as well as in the management of development projects and in the leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder teams. She is a professor at the Universidad del Pacífico, she has received various awards for her personal and professional career and is the author of various articles on international cooperation and development.
