Research professor at Tecnologico de Monterrey 🇲🇽

Elvira G. Rincón-Flores holds a PhD in Education Sciences from the University of Salamanca, thesis Laude. Currently, she is a researcher in the Department of Experimentation and Impact Measurement of the Institute for the Future of Education of Tecnológico de Monterrey, she is also a professor at the same institution. He belongs to the National System of Researchers of Mexico (Level 2), to the research groups: GRIAL and GIIE, of the University of Salamanca and the Tecnológico de Monterrey, respectively. He is leader of the following research projects in Educational Innovation: Gamification in higher education, Student Mentoring, Integral Well-being of PrepaTec students, Training Partners and Adaptive Learning. He also collaborated with the University of Lima in the development of a dynamic platform for Gamification called Gamit!, currently the project is in the scaling phase. His lines of research are: Evaluation of educational innovation and Gamification for learning.
