Executive President of La Salle Technova Innovation Park in Barcelona
He holds a PhD in Innovation Ecosystems from the Ramon Llull University (URL), an MBA from the ESADE Business School, and is a telecommunications engineer from the La Salle/Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). He also holds degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of California in Berkeley. He is director of Internationalization and Innovation of the La Salle-Ramon Llull University (URL), executive chairman of La Salle Technova Barcelona, chairman of the Network of Science and Technology Parks of Catalonia (XPCAT), and vice-chairman of the Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain (APTE). He was chairman of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP). The central line of his activity is the development of economy and knowledge-based society.
